All pledges shall be held in an account for accumulation and eventual donation to the TUSD, less minor reasonable operating expenses such as printing, merchandising and mailing, for development of the facilities as described in this website.  Should the project not move forward, the foundation will contact the donor for their direction as to whether the monies pledged should be returned or donated to the Beckman activity of the donor's choice.
